The location was exceptionally nice, in a charming neighborhood with easy access to a shopping area and a market. I was happy to find Rincon Iberico, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel and served nice food. Deluxe king room I stayed at was nicely furnished on higher floors.

It boasts amazing, good location so close to restaurants, shops, the waterfront, the Fort. Polite staff, the rooms are impressive and perfect.

The breakfast is lovely with a great selection of food.

Got the same well-appointed and brand-new deluxe king room on higher floors booked online, loved that. The location was absolutely perfect, right by all nice restaurant and sights, shopping area, and Old San Juan, Puerto Rico 4, in a delightful area. Luckily it was close to Cafeteria Mallorca, had pastries there when it was hot outside.

It offers fairly quiet rooms, and has polite staff who said they would alert the manager.

The hotel had a nice location close to Maritime Museum. The venue itself was in a perfect area, just next door to the best restaurants, the ferry terminal, and beaches. The deluxe king room was nicely furnished.

The room I had was a nice size with a clean bathroom. The breakfast was gorgeous, featured good choice of meals.

Room cleanliness was an issue, with dirty floors and appliances. Some areas of the room were in disrepair, such as missing paint and unstable faucets.

Comfy bed, spacious bathroom and a couch and a storage space in the room. Magnificent location, gorgeous breakfast with fruit and jams, for example.

This was my second lovely stay here and I will be back. The hotel was unique and ideal with UNBEATABLE location just off the island and city. The breakfasts were gorgeous and the service was good.

The suite was outstanding! The architecture and design were traditional with modern amenities. The building was very secure. The rooftop patio had amazing views. We will always stay at this lovely boutique hotel when traveling to Puerto Rico. The service was beyond 5 star as the owner took the time to explain the suites features and surrounding restaurants and attractions. Anything we didn't immediately recall was in the Concierge book or just ask the staff! I found the hotel online so wasn't completely confident it would meet our needs and it was the best accommodation of our extensive vacation.
